Has anyone a recipe for the sauce in chicken pie please?!

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
In the saucepan over medium heat Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and celery seed!. Slowly stir in chicken broth and milk!. Simmer over medium-low heat until thick!. Remove from heat and set aside!.
Place the chicken mixture in bottom pie crust!. Pour hot liquid mixture over!. Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut away excess dough!. Make several small slits in the top to allow steam to escape!.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly!. Cool for 10 minutes before servingWww@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (optional)
Dash of hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Melt the butter over medium heat in a large saucepan!. Add the flour and whisk until smooth!. Whisk in the chicken stock and cook the sauce over medium heat until it thickens to the consistency of a cream soup!. Add the cream, hot pepper sauce, and salt and pepper to taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add one large onion, chopped
Add two to three mushrooms, roughly chopped!.
Add cup full Marsala wine!.
Stock of chicken, if using or 11/2 cup water and 2 stock cubes!.
1 tbs browned onion from the ready to use jar!.
Add 1 tsp dry ginger powder!.
Salt and pepper to taste!.
Finely chopped green coriander leaves!.
1 tsp curry powder, if you like heat!.

I take 1 can of chicken broth and 1 heaping tablespoon of corn starch!. Stir it together and boil in a pot until thick!. Salt and pepper to taste!. A large pie might require you double the amounts!.
I use the chicken broth to first boil my chicken and veggies, but you can use it straight from the can for the sauce if you didn't boil yours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
