Actually I have heard that you should fill the last cup with a little water and it should make your muffins more moist with the evaporation in the oven!. Just remember to drain the water before you turn over the pan to dump the muffins out!. Otherwise just leave it empty!. It won't hurt any kind of pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes, you can leave one empty, but you may have batter left over!.
Most recipes I know are for 6 large 12 regular or 24 mini Muffins!.
I would recommend you fill all 6 evenly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Leave the last cup unfilled!. Do NOT grease it!. Non-stick or not, the pans won't be ruined!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just leave it empty!. Mine makes 12 and I usually only make 4 or 6!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I always add a touch of water in the empty cups, it will turn to steam and help keep your muffins moist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
