Answers:
Buffalo have Wings!?!?!? l Never Knew That!.Lol!.

BEST BUFFALO WINGS (HOT WINGS)

Chicken (wings, legs, your preference)
Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
Sticks of Butter

You want to cook the chicken first!. Bake the chicken in the oven at 375 degree's!. When the chicken is almost done, begin the sauce!.
In a large pot, place enough sauce and butter to allow the chicken to be submerged!. I use 1 stick of butter for every 12 oz!. of Texas Pete sauce!.

Add the chicken into the pot and heat on a low heat for several hours!. A small amount of bubbling should be noticable!. How long will decide how tender the chicken comes out!.

When your ready to eat, spoon the chicken out, noticing the tenderness of the meat and how it may separate from the bone!. Too long may make all of the chicken fall apart though (my wife likes the bigger pieces)!.

I use Ranch for dipping!.

I haven't met anyone who doesn't like it yet!.

Boil (or simmer) chicken in water (or optionally, chicken broth) for 30 minutes or until cooked!.

In an oven safe dish, spread cream cheese along the bottom!. Shred chicken into a separate bowl!. Add blue cheese sauce and Frank's hot sauce (depending on how hot you'd like it)!.

BONELESS BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN WINGS

2 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or tenderloins
2 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 1/2 cups butter
oil
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon pepper
4 eggs

Other requirements:

9x11" baking pan
medium sized sauce pan
frying pan
1 gallon zip lock bag
bowl
foil

Step 1!. I use chicken tenderloins for this recipe because they come about the perfect size!. If using boneless breasts cut into thirds!. No matter what you're using, make sure the chicken is well thawed!.
Step 2!. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix them to an even consistency!. Soak the chicken pieces in the eggs for about ten minutes!.

Step 3!. Put the pepper and flour into a 1 gallon zip lock bag and mix them together, then put all the chicken into the bag!. Close the bag blowing as much air into the bag as possible!. Shake the bag until all the chicken is coated in the flour/pepper mixture and pour into a bowl!.

Step 4!. Pour about a half inch of oil into a frying pan letting it sit until it's nice and hot!. I usually turn the element on med/high and it takes about 5 minutes to get up to temperature!.

Step 5!. With tongs, place four or five pieces of chicken into the oil at a time, browning each side!. It usually takes about four minutes per piece, per side!.

After each piece is finished frying, set aside on some napkins to cool and the excess oil can be absorbed!.

Step 6!. In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter!. When the butter is melted, pour in the Frank's Red Hot Sauce!. This recipe is for a medium spice but you can change that by adjusting the amount of Hot Sauce!.

Step 7!. Take all the fried chicken and place in a 9x11" baking pan, arranging them side by side!. Pour the butter/hot sauce mixture over the chicken and cover with foil!.

Bake at 350°F for about 45-60 minutes, depending on how tender you would like the chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to remove those white tendons from the tenders!.!.!.!. grab them w/ a paper towel, then run knife down along them until they come out!. Cut each one into about 3 chunks!.

Then soak in buttermilk!.

Then dredge in seasoned (S&P) flour!. You can add onion and garlic powder as well , if you like!. Fry chunks on both sides in about an inch of canola, vegetable, or peanut oil!. It's tasty if you add a little bacon grease to the oil, but not required!.

Once you drain the chunks of fried chicken, toss them in a big bowl in a mixture of equal parts melted butter and Tabasco!. Toss quickly in a little bit of sauce (don't want to soggy them w/ too much) then put on plate, and serve w/ blue cheese dressing and celery sticks! YUM!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this!.!.!.!.!.(add your favorite spices)!.!.!.!.!.quick!.!.!.simple!.!.!.!.stove top!.!.!.!.!.!.finger linkin' good!.
