How To make Fried Rice #5 at Home
fried-rice!.html
1 lb Rice cooked and cooled in
-refrigerator a few hours
Vegetable oil for sauteing
4 Pork chops cooked or an
-equal amount of roast pork
-sliced in
Matchstick pieces
Half a chicken cooked and
-sliced in matchstick pieces
1 tb To 2 tb soy sauce
1 lb Shrimp peeled deveined and
-cooked
1 Finely diced large onion
8 oz Fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tb Garlic powder
Soy sauce to taste
6 To 8 oysters optional
8 oz Bean sprouts optional
3 Eggs scrambled and cooked
1 Green onion diagonally
-sliced for garnish
1 Quartered red tomato
-optional
1 Lemon sliced optional
In wok or large frying pan, saute meat in oil over medium high heat!.
Add shrimp, then onion, mushrooms and garlic powder, stirring after
each addition!. Sprinkle soy sauce to taste!. If desired, add oysters
and bean sprouts!. Make a well in the center of the mixture and put in
about 1 tablespoon of oil!. Break up pre-cooked rice and crumble into
the oil well, gradually incorporating rice into meat mixture!. Stir in
scrambled eggs, place on platter and top fried rice with green
onions!. Garnish the sides of the rice with tomato quarters and lemon
slices!.

2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 inches fresh ginger, minced or grated
1/2 cup shredded carrots, available in pouches in produce section, a couple of handfuls
1 small red bell pepper, diced
4 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup Tamari, dark aged soy sauceBring water to a boil!. Add rice, reduce heat, cover and cook over medium low heat until tender, 15 to 18 minutes!. Spread rice out on a cookie sheet to quick cool it!.
Heat a wok, wok shaped skillet or large nonstick skillet over high heat!. Add oil to the pan!. Add egg to hot oil and break into small bits as it scrambles!. When eggs are scrambled, add garlic and ginger to the pan!. Add carrots, pepper, scallions to the pan and quick stir-fry veggies 2 minutes!. Add rice to the pan and combine with veggies!. Fry rice with veggies 2 or 3 minutes!. Add peas and soy sauce to the rice and stir fry 1 minute more, then serve!.

5!. When butter has completely melted, dump the bowl of rice and other
ingredients into the pan and add soy sauce plus a dash of salt and pepper!.
Cook rice for 6-8 minutes over heat, stirring often!.

4 oz diced cooked chicken
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp!.pepper
4 tsp!. soy sauce
Scramble eggs and chop after cooking!. Sauté chopped onion, green onion and carrots until done and mix with chopped scrambled egg and chicken!. Break off chunks of steamed rice and mix with vegetable, egg and chicken!. Add sesame seed and salt and pepper, stirring well!. Add butter and soy sauce into the mixture, stirring well until done!.

OMG i Love fried rice!! My parents cook it all the time!.
What they do is they mush up the fried rice with their hands(cooked of course) and add a little water so its nice and soft!. Then they take a large pan thing lol and put some butter and melt it!. They take the rice and fry it!. They put Salt and pepper and!.!.!.!.garlic powder!.
They put ALL KINDS of stuff!. They put it in like, scrambled eggs, veggies, sausage, some left over stuff like!.!.!.!.if we had left over chinese food stuff, you know those chicken or beef things with the sauce!? if we had that left over they put it in!. I know it sounds gross but its really good!. They put in a bunch of stuff or they put nothing at all and just have the salt pepper and garlic powder!. Yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is a basic recipe for fried rice that you can add to as desired!. If adding other ingredients, increase the number of eggs to 3!.
Need a bit of help!? Here are step by step photo instructions showing how to make basic fried rice!.
INGREDIENTS:
1 - 2 green onions, as desired
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed
4 cups cold cooked rice
1 - 2 tablespoons light soy sauce or oyster sauce, as desired
PREPARATION:
Wash and finely chop the green onion!. Lightly beat the eggs with the salt and pepper!.
Heat a wok or frying pan and add 2 tablespoons oil!. When the oil is hot, add the eggs!. Cook, stirring, until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry!.

Remove the eggs and clean out the pan!.
Add 2 tablespoons oil!. Add the rice!. Stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsticks or a wooden spoon to break it apart!. Stir in the soy sauce or oyster sauce as desired!.
When the rice is heated through, add the scrambled egg back into the pan!. Mix thoroughly!. Stir in the green onion!. Serve hot!.
