Ok, if you don't have an ice cream maker, this is the next best thing!.

2 large cartons of dannon plain yogurt, non fat or regular
1cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar or nutra sweet
1/4 cup honey
3tablespoons vanilla
Start y mixing these ingredients in a stainless steel bowl!. Mix well!. Partially freeze covered!.
depending on what you wish to add in, add your melted choclate or cocoa powder, nuts, fruits, carmel sauce, ect at this point!. Mix in, but leave swirls!. Refreeze again, and take out when almost frozen!. In a food processor, place the mixture and on pulse, use on and off until its mushy like ice cream!. freeze again, and cover!. Its really refreshing, cool, fun to make with kids!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ICED BLACKBERRY YOGURT
Yield: 6 Servings

8 oz Blackberries, fresh or
-thawed
1 tb Runny Honey
1 oz Soft Brown Sugar
1 Ripe Banana, peeled
5 oz Natural Yogurt
1 Size 2 egg white

Puree the blackberries in a blender and push through a sieve to
remove the seeds!. Add the honey and brown sugar!. Mash the banana and
add!. Place in a container and freeze for 1 hour!.

Remove from freezer, transfer to a chilled bowl or blender and beat
until soft!.

Whisk the egg white until stiff and fold into mixture!. Return to the
container and freeze for at least 2 hours!.




Basic Fruit Yogurt Freeze

1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup plain yogurt

This is for small quantities and do not require a freezer!.

Basic Fruit or Berry Yogurt Freeze: 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit, may be doubled; such as berries; peaches or nectarines!. Blend 1 tablespoon honey and 1 cup plain yogurt!.

Many fruits work well for frozen yogurt treats!. Either mash or puree fruit with a little honey or pure maple syrup!. Add splash of water (or lemon juice for a tangy taste); then add plain yogurt: regular, lowfat, or nonfat!. Blend again!. You can add chopped walnuts or almonds, coconut flakes, carob powder, or natural flavorings for variation!. Pour mixture into freezable cups or scoop into popsicle containers!.




Very Berry Frozen Yogurt


2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
1 bag frozen mixed berries, pureed and strained (12 oz), OR 2 cups pureed and
strained fresh berries
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sugar

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, using a hand mixer on medium
speed!. Pour into freezer bowl of ice cream maker and turn the machine on!. Let
mix until thickened, about 25-30 minutes!. If desired, transfer frozen yogurt
to an airtight container and place in freezer until firm, about 2 hours!.
Frozen berries make this delicious dessert possible year round Of course, fresh

FAST FROZEN YOGURT

RASPBERRY FROZEN YOGURT:

2 (12 oz!.) pkg!. frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 (8 oz!.) pkg!. plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 c!. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c!. raspberry flavored liqueur
1/2 tsp!. vanilla

In food processor, process raspberries until finely shaved, scraping down bowl occasionally!. Add yogurt, sugar, liqueur and vanilla!. Process until mixture is smooth, about 60 seconds!. Spoon into parfait glasses!. Serve immediately!. Makes 8 servings!.

STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT:

Prepare as above, except substitute 1 (20 ounce) package frozen unsweetened strawberries and 1/3 cup orange liqueur!.

BLUEBERRY FROZEN YOGURT:

Prepare as above, except substitute 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen unsweetened blueberries and 1/2 cup black currant liqueur!.

MELON FROZEN YOGURT:

Prepare as above, except substitute 1 (16 ounce) package frozen unsweetened melon balls and 1/3 cup melon liqueur!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
