What temp should my pork chops be internally when they are done?!


Question: What temp should my pork chops be internally when they are done!?
Hi guys!.!.!.!.and ladies!.!.!.I'm cooking some Pork Sirloin chops in my slow cooker!.!.!.they are pretty thick chops!.!.!.!.I'm trying to guage the cooking time!.!.!.

I know for a slow cooked 1 kg roast of just about any kind, 4 hours on high will do the trick!.!.!.!.!.


I'm thinking about 3 hours high 1 low for these chops!.!.!.!.!.!.

what should the internal temperature of pork be when it is cooked!.!.!.!.!?!?!?

Right now, after 1 hour, they are reading 155!.!.!.!.!.I know there is no chance they are cooked after 1 hr :)!. Would an internal temp of about 170-180 be about right!?!?

Answers:
Medium done pork is considered done at 160*F, so you're just about there!.
Chops will be well done at 170*FWww@FoodAQ@Com
