Answers:
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
PREPARATION:
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter!. Stir in sugars!. Cook the butter and sugar mixture, stirring, for 1 minute or until bubbly!. Stir in the heavy cream!. Bring to a boil!. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes!.
Remove from heat and cool slightly!. Spoon the caramel glaze over a completely cooled cake!.

Then just add the nuts on top to make it a turtle caramel glaze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I made this fabulous cheesecake a few times with a caramel and pecan topping!. I got the recipe from kraftkitchens!.com!. All you do is melt caramel candies(the soft cubed kind) with milk and pour it over the cheesecake then sprinkle the nuts on!. It was really good!. Makes the cake really rich though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I melt soft caramel candy with milk, pour it on the oreo cookie crust, then pour the cheesecake batter over the caramel!. Bake the cheesecake and after it is cooled, drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce (ice cream toppings work well), and chopped pecans over the top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Caramel: use the caramel ice cream topping!. Whipped cream with a little lemon zest is good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could have a turtle cheesecake ( caramel, chocolate and nuts)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I guess that would depend on what kind of cheesecake it is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
