Fruity Pancake Syrup
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raspberry, apricot or strawberry
preserves or orange marmalade

Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan!. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade!. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils!.

Serve hot over pancakes!.





Cream Syrup
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups light corn syrup
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Bring sugar, corn syrup and whipping cream to a boil!. Stirring constantly, boil for 3 minutes!. Remove from heat; stir in nutmeg!.

Serve with waffles, French toast, etc!. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator!.




CINNAMON - PECAN - HONEY PANCAKE SAUCE

2 c!. pancake syrup
1/2 c!. mild-flavored honey
3/4 c!. coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp!. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients; stir well!. Pour mixture into an air-tight container!. Store at room temperature!. Serve over waffles, pancakes, or ice cream!. Yield: 3 cups





Strawberry Breakfast Sauce

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
6 cups sliced fresh strawberries
8 to 10 drops red food color

In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch!. Stir in orange juice and
bring to boil over medium heat!. Add strawberries and return to boil!.
Cook and stir 2 minutes!. Add food color!. Serve warm over pancakes or
waffles!.

heat up any fruit in syrup like sautee banannas, add syrup and pour over pancakes

add peanut butter to pancake mix and heat up grape jelly and pour over pancakesWww@FoodAQ@Com
