How do you make a good omlet? do you flip it and cook both sides or jsut one? please share how u cook yours?!

I like it with bacon and cheese!. Mix the eggs, pour them into a sprayed skillet, and stir just enough to spread them out to the edges of the pan!. Let it cook for a minute or so on medium or med-high heat, then put the bacon and cheese (or whatever you prefer) on one half of the cooking egg goo!. Carefully slide your spatula under the other half and neatly (ha!) flip it over onto the half with the stuff on it!. Let it cooks a little while longer (watch it carefully to be sure it's done but doesn't burn) and turn it out onto a plate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
This is an old favorite recipe at my house!. It is easy to double the eggs and other ingredients if needed to serve even the largest crowd!. I think that my best reviews came from the morning after a teen sleep over!. It was a big hit!
1 cup green pepper
1 cup yellow pepper
1/2 cup onion
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Salsa
1/8 cup water
Start by preparing all your vegetables!. Remove seeds and stems from the peppers and chop into pieces!. Remove the first layer of onion and dice the remaining layers!.
Spray a large skillet and add your peppers and onions!. Set to medium heat and cook until tender!. Keep stirring so that they do not burn for about 4 minutes!.
Beat all of the eggs, whites, and water together!. You can use milk instead of water if you like!. Pour into sprayed skillet and cook for about 5 minutes!. Place the cooked peppers, onions, and cheese inside and flip one side over the other folding it in half with the peppers inside!. Allow to cook for another 3 minutes or until cheese melts!. Serve with a dash of salsa along the top or side!.
