Vegetable lasagna?!


Question: Vegetable lasagna!?
How can i make vegetable lasagna!?

I had a good recipe from school but lost it!.!.!.i got the ingredients thugh!.

I have carrot, onion, turnip, pepper, milk, flour, seasoning, mixed herbs, garlic powder, chopped tomatoes, lasagna sheet, cheese and maybe a few other things!.

Can anyone give me an idea of the quantities i should use!?
I think i have an ok idea of what to do!? This sound ok!?

Put oil in a pan and add onions then sweat for 2 mins!.
Add all the veg then sweat for another 2 mins
Add tomatoes, tomatoe puree, garlic powder, seasoning, mixed herbs
Leave for 20mins

Melt butter and then add flour to make a roux(spl!?)
Add milk gradually and season

Put in dish half white sauce, lasagna sheet, all veg mixture, lasagna sheet then the rest of the white sauce then breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese ontop!.

This is just from memory so don't know if its correct!?!?
What quantities should i use!?

Your recipe sounds good to me, have you got any mushrooms, courgette (zucchini) etc you could add!? Remember to cook your roux well, don't want it tasting of raw flour!. Regarding the quantities, it really depends on the size of the dish you plan to cook it in, I normally do things by sight anyway and hope for the best!. p!.s, email me some over please, I love lasagna!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
