Chances are with 4 teenagers, sometimes it's like feeding 4 more adults and sometimes it's like serving only 2 more people!. I don't see how 4 adults and 4 teens adds up to 7 people, but it doesn't matter!. What matters is that you have sufficient quantity of each entree and side dish for the appetites involved!

So one dish that can easily be made with 6, 7 or 8 boneless chicken breasts is Chicken Breast Deluxe!.

1 can Cream of Chicken soup – undiluted
1 can Cream of Celery soup – undiluted
? cup Sherry (can substitute white wine, broth or water)
? cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
? cup chopped Onion or Green Onions

Mix above together!. Pour over 4 whole or 8 half boneless chicken breasts in 9 x 13 baking dish!.
Bake for 1 ? hours @ 300° F uncovered!. Let sit for 10 minutes!. Serve with rice!.

Our family has enjoyed this recipe since the 1970s!. I'm sure you'll enjoy it also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't have a recipe, but I have a formula that will allow you to change a recipe so it will give you the perfect amount for 7 people!.

Take the NEW YIELD (the number of people the recipe will serve or the amount of the food in weight or volume!. It will be "7" in your case) and DIVIDE it by the OLD YIELD!. This number is the conversion factor (C!.F!.)

Multiply every ingredient in the recipe by the C!.F!.!. Thats it! Pretty simple!.

Note: Be careful if the yield is listed in weight or volume!. Both the old and the new yields have to have the same unit to make this work!. For example, if the NEW YIELD is in pounds but the OLD YIELD is listed in ounces, you have to convert one or the other so that the yields are both ounces or pounds!.

also, be careful with the amount of salt in your new recipe!. Don't always trust the amount called for!. Go light and add more to taste if needed!.

This is great to use on soup recipes, too!. For instance, if you have a recipe that makes 1 quart of soup, then decide on how much soup you would like to serve each person!. Lets say you want to have the perfect amount so that each person gets 1 and 1/2 cups of soup!. You would need 10!.5 cups for 7 people!. 10!.5 cups would be your NEW YIELD!. 4 cups is the OLD YIELD!. 10!.5 / 4 = C!.F!. Multipy every ingredient by the C!.F!. and you have a recipe that gives you exactly 10!.5 cups!Www@FoodAQ@Com
