What are some good hor'duerve recipes for a wine tasting party?!
I have searched and all I found were cheese platters, I was looking for something to serve with the cheese!. I saw a french pear and cheese desert recipe once but i can't find it or anything similar!. Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese and Rosemary Breadsticks (this recipe is by Giada De Laurentiis from Everyday Italian TV show) - very easy to make!.
Ingredients:
1/4 c!. grated Parmesan
1/3 c!. grated Gruyere
1 tsp!. chopped fresh rosemary leaves (I used dried - ok)
1 (11-oz) container refrigerated breadstick dough (recommended: Pillsbury)
1 T!. olive oil
Finely ground sea salt, optional (I used table salt -ok)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper!. In food processor, chop cheese and rosemary together!. Set aside!.
Separate breakstick dough into strips!. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut each dough strip in half lengthwise to form thin strips!. Working with one dough strip at a time, coat with cheese mixture, pressing it in to the dough very gently!. Twist each strip and place on baking sheets!. Drizzle with olive oil and salt!.
