This takes about an hour to bake, but it's delicious and sweet!. All you need is Butter, flour and sugar!.
Shortbread
2 sticks butter (soft!. can microwave on low/defrost for 15-30 seconds or until soft)
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
combine all ingredients in a bowl!. when it's mixed completely, it should be a big ball of dough, slightly crumbly!. PRESS IT into an ungreased layer cake pan or 8 in by 8 in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour (depending on how golden brown you like it) Butter will be hot, so wait until it is cool enough before cutting it!. Just cut it like you would a cake into as many pieces as you like!.
There's no egg in it, so you don't have to worry about undercooking it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
