Answers:
Two heaping Tablespoons per can since it is albacore which is usually solid and very "dry" for tuna packed in water!.

I like too add black pepper, chopped green onions and sweet pickles chopped!. Serve on toasted Rye bread!.

For a taste treat, add 1/2 tsp!. of liquid smoke like Wright's or Stubbs for a smoked tuna taste!. Outstanding!Www@FoodAQ@Com

put in 1/4 cup to 2 small cans of tuna!.

to make it more interesting!?
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup shredded apple
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple

any and all of the above!! it is a mix and match effort that makes tuna salad different every time you make it!.

try filling tomato shell with tuna salad
try filling half bell pepper with tuna salad
stuff half pita pocket with tuna salad

serve on bed of lettuce with handfull of grape tomatoes
serve on bed of lettuce with handfull of seedless grapes!.

Someone will think you are a fantastic cook!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is really up to you!. I just depends if you want a really mayonnaise tuna or not!. Just eye ball it until the tuna is covered!. It's also really good if you add pickle relish to it or apple slices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
