Why are Kebabs known to be so unhealthy??!
I don't get it the other day i had a kebab, it was lamb and salad with some mint and chillie source!. Whats so fatty and unhealthy about that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
Kebabs aren't considered unhealthy when properly prepared!. Its when people go to excess and make ones that are marinated in high fat oil based vinaigrette's and have either no veggies or next to none!.
Generally speaking if you use low fat cuts of meat and an equal portion of veggies using spice rubs over heavy vinaigrette's there pretty balanced grilled deliciousness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

are you talking about a kebab that the meat Cooke's on a huge skewer !?if you are then that kebab is a healthy choice as the fat from the meat drips out during cooking,
