I don't use a recipe per say but I will tell you how I make mine and it is the hit of the table every time I make it!.
I cook a box of elbow macaroni and drain it!. I add this to a large bowl and in a separate bowl I whisk two eggs and fat free half and half (just enough to whisk in the eggs!. I blend this in the macaroni in the baking bowl I have pre-sprayed so it won't stick!. I then salt and pepper to taste and add a large bag of sharp cheddar cheese and a medium sized bag of Mozzarella cheese!. I blend this well and add more sharp if I think it needs it!. (You can never have enough :) I then take the remaining half and half left and our it over to the top!. I place un-cooked bacon strips all over the top and sprinkle with parsley and bake @ 400 degrees for about 45minutes to an hour!. Depending on how big I make it!.
I always take it out when it is just about done because the heat while sitting to set will finish cooking it and it does not dry out!.
Perfect every time and the bacon on top adds to the flavor just as bacon does!.
It was my father's favorite and now my father-in-law's favorite!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've been using Patti LaBelle's Over the Rainbow Macaroni and Cheese for 5+ years!. Everyone that has tried it has loved it!. (OK, maybe my nephews that are used to cheese powder mac & cheese didn't, but everyone else did!)
This is really good, with lots of butter, half and half, several kinds of cheeses, etc!. I usually make it with the types of cheese stated in the recipe, but you could easily change it up a bit by substituting different kinds of cheese!.
Happy Cooking!
