Answers:
toss a banana, a container of yougert and a cup of oj in and blend, great breakfast smoothieWww@FoodAQ@Com

oj, strawberries, yogurt, and some oatmeal for bulk!.
if you want to make good smoothies just think about the fruits and/or fruit juices you like!. then you just need a base!. i like yogurt because it's super good for you and much easier than ice cubes because you won't need a fancy blender!. i just use a hand blender!. oj makes a great first ingredient but you can use almost any fruit juice!. then just add fresh fruit in whatever combo tastes good!. don't be afraid to experiment!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any combination of fruit and juices that you find good are fine!. Experiment by making small amounts!. Add protein powder, silken tofu, or egg-whites for extra protein!. Here are some of my favorites:

Banana, Ovaltine, peanut butter, soy milk
Silken tofu, banana, strawberries, orange juice, honey, vanilla
Silken tofu, mixed berries, apple or pear juice
Silken tofu, strawberries, almond extract, some kind of berry juice (Northland strawberry/cranberry or something
Kiwi, strawberries, banana, soy milkWww@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup milk, 1/4 cup ice cubes, 1 tbsp sugar (if you like), 1 tsp vanilla!.

Flavorings (your choice or a combination of them): 1 cup of strawberries/blueberry/pineapple/1 bannana, or 3 tbsp frozen juice concentrate or Chocolate syrup!.

You can add 1 raw egg but wash the egg before breaking it!. Or get some protein powder 1 tbsp is enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
