Answers:
Do not add any baking powder or baking soda if using self rising flour!. Check the self rising to see if it has salt added or not!. You may need to leave out the salt in the recipe!.

Plain flour, measure in the baking powder, salt and if called for baking soda as well!.

You can do this either way!.

Note!! I don't like self rising flour!. It always tastes a bit funny!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
