Strawberry Smoothie


INGREDIENTS
8 strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 cubes ice, crushed

DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla!. Toss in the ice!. Blend until smooth and creamy!. Pour into glasses and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:

100 g strawberries
300 ml milk
1 small pot (125 -150 g) of yoghurt (low-fat yoghurt is OK)

Instructions:
Remove the stalks from the strawberries
Rinse the strawberries under the cold tap and cut them into slices
Put the strawberries into a blender
Add the milk and the yoghurt to the blender
Put the lid onto the blender and blend for 10-15 seconds - until the mixture is smooth
Pour into two glasses
