Complete Meal--Starter:

Beer Bread --

INGREDIENTS
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
3 cups self-rising flour
3 tablespoons white sugar


DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and flour!. Add beer and continue to mix, first using a wooden spoon, then your hands!. Batter will be sticky!. Pour into a 9 x 5 inch greased loaf pan!.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees ) for 50 for 60 minutes!. The top will be crunchy, and the insides will be soft!. Serve topped with butter or cheese spread!.

Picante Chicken --

INGREDIENTS
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup picante sauce


DIRECTIONS
Open jar of picante sauce and put into a large saucepan!. Add chicken breasts to picante sauce and bring to a steady boil!. Boil gently for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink inside and the juices run clear!.

**OR** Bourbon Chicken --

INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 ounces soy sauce
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/8 cup bourbon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


DIRECTIONS
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish!. In a small bowl combine the ginger, soy sauce, onion flakes, sugar, bourbon and garlic powder!. Mix together and pour mixture over chicken!. Cover dish and place in refrigerator!. Marinate overnight!.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)!.
Remove dish from refrigerator and remove cover!. Bake in the preheated oven, basting frequently, for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is well browned and juices run clear!.

Blueberry Orange Bread --


INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margarine, softened
2 eggs
2 tablespoons orange zest
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup fresh blueberries


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly grease the bottom of one 5x9 inch loaf pan!.
In a large bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, orange zest, milk and orange juice!. Beat at low speed just until moistened!. Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes!. Fold in the blueberries and spread into the prepared pan!.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the center of the loaf comes out clean!. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get some salmon!.!.!. Ok make some sauce get!.!.!.30ml of mirin (japanese sweet wine get in supermarket) 30g brown sugar and some soya sauce to taste!.!. you want a kinda sweet savoury taste so mix together and just taste untill you like it!.!.!. then put salmon + sauce in a pan skin side down and fry with no oil for about 6 mins!. when salmon is cook (do not over cook) take it out put on plate and keep the sauce in pan and add 30ml of rice vinager and heat through then pour over the fish and you can have new potatoe with it and green beans!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
