I did some research and this is what I came up with:

General Australian Rock Cake

1 c!. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp!. salt
3 oz!. fine sugar
3 oz!. butter
1/4 tsp!. allspice
1 egg
1 tbsp!. milk
4 oz!. mixed dried fruit (this is where you can add whatever you want, so I would add dried raspberries if you are looking for a raspberry rock cake)

Sift flour and salt!. Rub in butter until it resembles fine bread crumbs!. Add sugar, spice and fruit!. Blend together with lightly beaten egg and milk!. Place spoonfuls of mixture on greased baking tray about 2" apart!. Bake for 15 minutes (depending on size) in moderate oven at 380 degrees!.

I hope this helps!! It is easier to look up "rock cake" and sift through the recipes!. Good luck - it sounds good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
