Otherwise, if you can't remember what it looked like when you bought it, it may be too old!. When in doubt, throw it out and buy fresh garlic (or a jar of chopped garlic to keep in the fridge)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Purple garlic is famous with its good quality!.
I don't know weather your garlic is nature or something!. Else, if the garlic was supposed to be writre, it may be oxided!. You shouldn't eat them anymore!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
