Okay!.!.!. Here are the rules:

*No pork
*No beef
*No fish
*Must have meat, vegetable, and some carbs
*Can't include eggplant (I'm allergic)
*Can't have too much dairy (Lactose intollerant)
*No Hamburger Helper type deals
*Less than 45 minutes prep time
*Easy to understand directions

INGREDIENTS
1 pound dry penne pasta
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
6 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup olive oil for frying
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound sliced bacon
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 (18 ounce) bottle honey mustard barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain!. Transfer to a deep 9x13 inch baking dish!.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk!. Season with salt and pepper!. Dip the chicken breasts in the egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs to coat!. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat!. Fry chicken breasts until the juices run clear, and they are well browned on both sides!. Remove to paper towels to drain!. Drain excess oil from the chicken pan, leaving it coated!.
While the chicken is cooking, place bacon in a large, deep skillet!. Cook over medium-high heat until crisp!. Remove bacon from pan, crumble and set aside!.
Place the skillet that used to have chicken in it over medium heat!. Add tomato, onion and bacon, and cook for about 5 minutes, or until onion is soft!. Pour in the barbeque sauce and spicy mustard!. Simmer for 5 minutes!. Pour the sauce over the pasta in the dish, then place the chicken on the top, and cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese!.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted and dish is heated through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken and Biscuits

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c uncooked minute rice
3/4 c water
1 c chopped cooked chicken or small can of cooked chicken
1/2 c frozen peas
1 can of large refrigerator biscuits

Heat soup, water and chicken on medium heat!. Add uncooked rice and frozen peas!. Cover and heat on low until rice is cooked (about 10 minutes)!. While cooking, bake biscuits as directed on the package!. Split biscuits and spoon chicken mixture onto them!. Yum! ( I like to add a dash of pepper to mine!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

1Preheat oven to 350!.
2Cook broccoli or asparagus until semi-tender, drain and chop!.
3Combine soup, mayo, curry, lemon juice, and mushrooms in mixing bowl!.
4Spray 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray!.
5Place broccoli or asparagus evely into dish!.
6Place chicken breasts over top!.
7Sprinkle cheese over top!.
8Cover with sauce mixture!.
9Sprinkle with bread crumbs!.
10Bake at 350 for 45 minutes!.

You can make spaghetti pie!. Use ground turkey instead of ground beef, it's better for you and I actually prefer it!. You need the following ingredients: 1 pkg ground turkey, (1 or 2)bell pepper, jar of spaghetti sauce, 2 tbl chopped garlic, 1 1/2 handfulls of spagehetti noodles, 3 cups of parmesan cheese graded, 1 egg, 2 cups cottage cheese and 2 cups of mozzarella graded!. 1 tbl spoon of butter, salt and pepper to taste!. Lightly grease a pie pan!. Cook noodles until done, while still warm add 1/2 of the parmesan, the egg and the butter!. Mix well!. Line the bottom of pie pan with the noodles "making a crust"!. top with the cottage cheese!. Cook the turkey and chopped bell pepper until fully cooked and browned, stir in spaghetti sauce (doesnt need heated)!. Pour this mixture on top of cottage cheese!. Top with parmesan and mozzarella!. Use less cheese if you can't eat that much!. Bake at 375 until top is browned!. Serve with garlic bread and salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pistachio Chicken breasts, rice & broccoli!.

4 boneless, skinlees chicken breasts
1 egg
1 Tablesppon water
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
Salt & pepper to taste
Note: go easy on salt as pistachios can be salty

In shallow bowl or pie plate, mix 1egg with ! TBSP water!.
On sheet of alouminum foil (for easy cleanup), mix 1/2 cup breadcrumbs & 1/2 cup pistachios, salt & pepper!.
Pound chicken breast til thin
Put breasts in egg mix,, let excess drip off, then dredge in bread/nut mix making sure to coat well!.

Place breaded breasts in a greased pan, drizzle a little oil over them, bake in preheated oven at 350% for 20-25 minutes!.

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Container: a deep 2 quart casserole dish or a 3 quart casserole dish

Chicken and noodles mixed with a savory mushroom sauce is a popular chicken dish for everyone!.

Directions
In a large sauce pan cook noodles in lightly salted water according to package directions, drain!.

Chicken Spaghetti

3 cups cooked, cubed chicken meat
8 ounces spaghetti, broken into pieces
1/4 cup chopped pimento peppers
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup white wine
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Put uncooked spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water!. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente!. Drain!.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.

In a large bowl combine the chicken, cooked spaghetti, pimento, bell pepper, onion, soup, wine and 1 cup of the cheese!. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix all together!. Chicken à la King

? cup butter (1 stick)
1 package sliced fresh mushrooms-8oz!.
3 green onions-sliced
1/3 cup all purpose flour
? tsp!. salt
? tsp pepper
1(14!.5 oz) can chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1(2 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
Hot cooked rice

In a large saucepan melt butter over medium heat!. Add mushrooms and green onion and cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally!. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and cook, stirring constantly for 10 minutes!. Gradually stir in chicken broth and cream stirring constantly, and cook 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened!. Add chicken and pimento, and cook 5-8 minutes, or until thickened and bubbly!.
