my frys up a package of hamburger and then mixs it with a box of kraft macaroni and cheese

This is definitely one of those "not measured" recipes!. Next time I mix some up I'll try to pay attention to proportions for those of you that like to start with a known thing!. But I use basically the same mix of ingredients for any leftover meat: turkey, chicken, roast beef, etc!.

Chopped turkey or chicken
mayonnaise to taste
chopped dill pickles to taste
a bit of chopped onion (optional)
chopped celery if you like a lot of crunch (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all up and spread on the bread of your choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can do searches on http://www!.FoodTv!.com/ and http://www!.AllRecipes!.com/ for ideas!. They will give you full menus, shopping lists, reviews and ratings for level of difficulty!. One of them will even let you search by ingredient!. So, if you have ground turkey, it will tell you what can be made from that!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ok so you have a can of alfredo!.

Frozen broccoli
a rotesserie chicken from the deli
dried pasta

Boil up the pasta and the broccoli and drain

Add in the chicken and alfredo sauce into the pasta and broccoli- add some salt and pepper to taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

alfredo!?
it doesnt matter if you make it with or without meat, you still have the basic grain and protein, so you can top it off with a green dish!. usually a simple salad will do!. i like dark green things like broccoli, green beans, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
