I have cocoa powder (unsweetened)!. What can I do with it to replace 3 ounces unsweetened chocoate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The rule of thumb is 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of fat (e!.g!. butter) equals 1 ounce of unsweetened chocolate!.

So you'd want 9 tablespoons (1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon) cocoa and 3 tablespoons of butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
