Answers:
Pizza is not healthy, no matter if you make it at home or get it out!. Salad can be healthy but people usually flood it with a creamy, unhealthy dressing!. Instead using an oil based dressing sparingly or lemon juice!.

Try Pasta primavera!. Whole wheat pasta with sauteed vegetables and either garlic and olive oil or marinara sauce!.

Try making some Middle Eastern health foods like dolmades, tabouleh salad, cous cous, falafel, and baba ganoush!.

Eat veggie burgers rather than meat burgers!. The fat and cholesterol in the veggie burgers are a lot less!. It has about the same calories but the veggie burger has fiber, the meat one doesn't!. The veggie burger doesn't taste exactly like meat, so you may have to get used to it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can get any size of bannana!. Then get 100% whole grain cereal then put it in a ziploc bag and crush it!. After that dip the bannana in any type of healthy 100% juice i prefer JuicyJuice!. Put the bannana in the ziploc bag with the crushed cereal and shake it!. Vola! You have crunchy bannanas which are very healthy for you !.

Hope you have a good time being healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Many berries are very healthful!. They contain anti-oxidants!. Dark colored berries (like blueberries) often have more nutrients than lighter colored berries!.

If you are buying berries from the store, spend the extra money for the organic ones!. Otherwise, you are getting pesticides and fungicides!. Store bought strawberries are especially bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
