Ribeye, at least 1 1/4 inch thick!.!.!.!.cooked medium rare!. mmmmm, I'm hungry just thinking about it!. filet mignon, new york strips,tbones, porterhouses and prime rib are also excellent cuts!. sirloin is ok, but for nice tender and juicy, you want way less than well done and something cut from the loin instead of the sirloin, round, or any other part of the cow!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

T-Bone, Porterhouse!.!.!.!. As long as there's something for the dog to gnaw!. We had some SUPERB T-bones this weekend from the butcher who happens to own the grocery store in Neshkoro!.!.!.!.!.Great fresh, farm stuff all the way around!.
