The eggs are like devilled eggs, but with a very fine tuna puree and little vinegary green things (the capers)
Beetroot salad is a salad with beets and apples
Tzatziki is a mixture of plain yogurt, garlic and cucumber!.
Seftalies is minced lamb liver, onions, seasonings, wrapped in suet and grilled or roasted!.
Chicken Souvlaki is chicken kabob!. Marinaded chicken and sometimes veggies grilled on a skewer!. Your safest choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well the Tzatziki, is a dip made up of cucumber, strained yogurt and vinegar!. When you order it a lot of people either dip their pita bread in it or dip their meat in it!.
