sweet sopressata (the thinner the slices the better)
genoa salami (also sliced thin)
jambon cerrano (but you might as well use prosciutto)
smoked bacon (but it's not as light and has wrong texture)
Morningstar Farms soy veggie bacon (but it won't hold up well with the pasta)Www@FoodAQ@Com
