Im also from yorkshire and its a fishcake not a rissole, i love potato scollops!!! In Halifax they call fish inside two slices of potatoe in batter a sandwich and in bradford and huddersfield its a cake!Www@FoodAQ@Com

In Australia if it;s beef/lamb we call it a rissole
If it's Salmon/Tuna we call it a pattie
