I WANT TO MAKE COOKIES, but i don't have vanilla?!
does anyone know a recipe for cookies that does not require vanilla, i want to make cookies ALOT but i dont have vanilla, and i dont wanna search like 50 pages on google to find one!. :D thanx!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just makeit without the vanilla!.!. or subsitute any other flavoring if youre just making sugar cookies!.!. if anything, they'll just come out a little bland!. you can also subsitute some of the granulated sugar for a little extra brown sugar!.!.!. either way you should be fin!. have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com
triple choc cookies
makes 65
500g butter at room temp
1 1/3 cups caster sugar
395g can sweetened condensed milk
5 cups self raising flour
3x 250g packets of choc bits you can use milk, white and dark
preheat oven to moderate 180 degrees celcius
In a large bowl using an electric mixer cream butter, sugar until light and fluffy, add condensed milk while beating!.
add flour and choc bits, combine with a wooden spoon (you don't need extra liquid, it will combine )
roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture and put onto a greased baking tray, flatten each biscuit slightly!.
bake 2 trays at a time for 18 - 20 mins until light golden colour!. Allow to stand on wire tray to coolWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try without the vanilla- it's just flavoring!. I bet it wouldn't change the taste too dramatically!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
