How is the best way to cook thin sliced beef?!

Question: How is the best way to cook thin sliced beef!?
I want to make french dip and instead of the deli meat, I will be using thin sliced roast beef!. How is the best way to cook it so that it is still tender and juicy!? Do you just cook it in the oven like you would with a whole roast!? Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook in a Au Jus sauce for moistness!.

Slow cooker or oven, too

3/4 cup of soy sauce (typically 7-10 calories per Tablespoon)
1 bay leaf
1 cup of chopped onion (or use about 1/4 cup of dried onion)
cracked pepper to suit personal taste
5 cups of water
1 sprig of fresh rosemary (optional)
1 Tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (optional)

Cook in slow cooker at lowest setting for approximately 7-8 hours or until tender and done throughout!.

If it were me I'd cook it first and then slice it thin!. Assuming you haven't already sliced it!. In that case you would have to cook it very quickly whichever way you do it to keep it from drying out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am assuming you mean a french dip sandwich!. The best way to cook thinly slice beed would be in a hot pan or better yet a griddle, just until cooked through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will already be cooked, so I would suggest you will just need to heat briefly!. Just nuke it for a few second on medium highWww@FoodAQ@Com
