diced green and red bell peppers any other vegs!. of choice
2 cans tomatoes sauce and 2 cans water
worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Recipe one

1 1/2 lbs!. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 (26 oz!.) cans Campbell's Vegetable Beef Soup
Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger and onion; drain!. Add to soup and simmer 15-20 minutes!.
NOTE: Do not add recommended amount of water, only use enough to moisten, about 1/2 can!.

Use your family favorites to make this a family favorite!. Try garlic, green peppers, tomatoes, corn or any leftover vegetables!.

Recipe two

1 lb!. hamburger
1 med!. onion, diced
4 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, cubed
1 stalk celery
Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Pepper
2 cans or more tomato soup
Brown hamburger and drain!. In a large Dutch oven pan combine hamburger, onion, carrots, potatoes, celery, soup and seasonings!. Simmer until vegetables are tender!. May double recipe for a large group!.

Crockpot Taco Soup
1 lb!. lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz!.) kidney beans
1 can (11 to 15 oz!.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 oz!.) can Rotel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 (28 oz!.) can tomatoes
1 sm!. can chopped green chili peppers (4 oz!.)
1 (15 oz!.) can pinto beans
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Brown the ground beef & drain well!. Add remaining ingredients & stir!. Simmer in slow cooker on LOW for 6 to 8 hours!. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican cornbread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you mention hamburger meat, you can always make a soupy version of chili, or take the ground beef and make some kind of tomato soup with onions and carrots out of it or something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have an excellent recipe but I'm at work and can't remember the whole thing!.!.!.!.sorry!. Its base is tomato juice, it has celery, carrots, french style green beans and cabbage in it!.

Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
Servings: 6

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 3 cups water
- 3 HERB-OX? beef flavored bouillon cubes
- 2 cups frozen hashbrown potatoes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups shredded processed American cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 HORMEL? Real Bacon Bits (3-ounce jar), divided
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- Shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions, for garnish

Directions
In large saucepan, brown ground beef; drain well and set aside!. In same pan, in 1 tablespoon butter, sauté onion, carrots, celery, and parsley until tender, about 10 minutes!. Add water, bouillon, hashbrowns and cooked beef; bring mixture to a boil!. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender!. Meanwhile, in small skillet, melt remaining butter!. Add flour; cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until bubbly!. Add to soup; bring to a boil!. Cook and stir for 2 minutes!. Reduce heat to low!. Add cheese, milk, half of bacon, pickle relish and pepper!. Cook and stir until cheese melts!. Top each serving with additional shredded cheese, remaining bacon bits and sliced green onions, if desired!.





Cheesy Lasagna Soup

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced
2 large green bell peppers, cut 1" pieces
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cups water
28 ounces diced tomatoes in olive oil, undrained
6 ounces tomato paste
2 cups uncooked mini lasagna noodles (4 oz)
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, crumbled
1/4 tablespoon pepper
1 1/2 cups Italian style croutons
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook beef, onion, bell peppers and garlic in Dutch oven over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain!. Stir in water, diced tomatoes and tomato paste!. Stir in pasta, brown sugar, Italian seasoning and pepper!. Heat to boiling; reduce heat!. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender!. Set oven control to broil!. Pour hot soup into 6 ovenproof soup bowls or casseroles!. Top each with 1/4 cup croutons!. Sprinkle with cheese!. Broil soup with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted!.





Hamburger Soup


2 lbs!. ground beef
5 3/4 c!. tomato juice
1 c!. stewed tomatoes
2 t!. basil
2 t!. oregano
2 T!. dried onion flakes
1 bay leaf
1 T!. Worcestershire sauce
1 T!. garlic powder
2 c!. chopped celery
1 c!. sliced carrots
2 c!. shredded cabbage
2 c!. French style green beans
salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef in soup pot!.
Drain pan drippings!.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well!.
Cover bring to a boil and reduce heat!.
Simmer for 2 hours!.
Makes 10 servings!.





Hidden Valley Ranch Original Recipe Taco Soup
1 pound hamburger meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 can white hominy (drained)
1 can yellow hominy (drained)
1 can pinto beans
1 can Ro*Tel
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Original Recipe mix
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Brown hamburger meat and onion together!. Drain!.

Mix all ingredients together; simmer, then serve with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips





Stuffed Pepper Soup
2 lb!. ground beef
1 (28 oz!.) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz!.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups green pepper, cut up, about 1" squares
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp!. beef flavored base or 2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp!. salt
1 tsp!. black pepper
2 cups cooked white rice (set aside)

Brown ground beef and drain!. Add remaining ingredients, except rice!.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, or until
peppers and onions are tender!.

Add rice!. Heat thoroughly and serve





GERMAN HAMBURGER SOUP

1-2 lbs!. hamburger
1 lg!. cabbage, chopped
Carrots
4-5 potatoes, cubed
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
1 onion

Add all ingredients into boiling water and let it cook!. Add seasonings!. This soup is great with jalapeno cornbread
