Grilled Shrimp!.
2 pounds jumbo shrimp
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 to 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 bunch green onions, with a few inches of green, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
Place shrimp in a glass bowl!. Stir remaining ingredients together; pour over shrimp!. Cover and marinate for 3 to 4 hours!. Grill over hot coals for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time!.

toss 1 cup chopped peanuts with 1-2T of olive oil and 1 minced sprig of rosemary!. Add 2 pounds unshelled, deveined, uncooked shrimp!. Marinade overnight!.

well this is more for the butter than the shrimp!. but my shrimp i like to steam take the shells off first or when u peel the shrimp the seasoning goes with the shells(old bay) of coarse!. and the butter or ghee put unsalted butter in a pan and simmer until a light to medium brown color strain through cheese cloth or do what i do use a coffee filter in side of a metal strainer and serve they will love the butter as much as the shrimpWww@FoodAQ@Com

Melt 3 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon lemon & pepper seasoning salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder in skillet!. Add 1 pound shrimp and saute until pink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
