Butter large oven dish or roasting pan

In large mixing bowl put:
6 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
2 cups self raising flour
chopped ham or bacon (tuna is good too)
chopped onions
chopped tomatoes
chopped peppers
any chopped fresh vegetables
(any left over vegetables)
grated cheese
salt and pepper
mix all together
pour into baking dish

Apple Dump Cake

2 cans (21 oz!.) apple pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
4 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon

1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
2!. Evenly spread apple pie filling in the bottom of a 9 X 13-inch baking pan or dish!.
3!. Top with dry cake mix!.

Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie


1 graham cracker pie shell
1 large pkg!. instant chocolate pudding
? cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
4 oz!. frozen whipped topping, thawed

1!. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions!.
2!. Stir in peanut butter; mix well!.
3!. Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie shell!.
4!. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set!.


* Instant vanilla pudding can be substituted for chocolate, if desired!.


Evar's Chocolate Pie

2 cups white sugar
5 Tbsp!. unsweetened cocoa powder
? cup all-purpose flour
1 can (12 oz!.) evaporated milk
4 egg yolks (reserving egg whites)
? cup of butter or margarine
1 tsp!. vanilla extract
9-inch single pie crust, unbaked

1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
2!. In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa and flour!.
3!. Blend in evaporated milk and vanilla extract!.
4!. Beat egg yolks and stir into pan!.
5!. Add butter and heat; stirring constantly just until butter is melted!.
6!. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell!.
7!. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pie is not “wobbly” when shaken!.


Meringue

4 egg whites
? cup white sugar

1!. Beat egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks form!.
2!. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly until stiff peaks form!.
3!. Spread meringue on top of pie!.
4!. Return pie to oven and bake until meringue is golden brown!.
5!. Let cool for several hours before serving!.


Note: Egg whites should be at room temperature before making meringue!.

Rosetta's Banana Split Cheesecake
No-bake cheesecake

2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 pkg!. (8 oz!.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, quartered
1 container (12 oz!.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1!. Place about 15 sheets of graham crackers into a blender on medium speed to make crumbs!.
2!. Combine crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and toss with a fork until moistened (add about 1 tsp!. of warm water if necessary)!.
3!. Press crumb mixture into bottom of a 9 X 12 inch baking dish!.
4!. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth!.
5!. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crumb crust!.
6!. Spoon crushed pineapple evenly over cream cheese mixture!.
7!. Distribute quartered bananas on top of pineapple!.
8!. Spread whipped topping on top of all!.
9!. Decorate with cherry halves!.
10!. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts!.
11!. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving!.
