Sub your carrots for the bell pepper if you don't have the pepper!.
An easy chicken cacciatore recipe with onion, green pepper, stewed tomatoes, wine, and oregano!.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped onion

3 medium cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons olive oil

1 potato, peeled and diced
1 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup water
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS

Add green beans, tomatoes with liquids (not drained), carrots, potato, rice, salt and pepper to skillet!. Mix gently!.

If thick cut the chicken breast in two or just use two thin slices!. Add salt and papper to taste, Sprinkle some shredded cheese between the two slices and put one on top of the other!. Whisk an egg, cover the fillet in egg, roll in bread crumbs, cook each side for about 7 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
remove the skin and bones, put it in a casserole dish, stab it with a fork a bunch of times, then pour a mixture of seasonings over it!. cover with foil and cook!.

Put olive oil in a pan!.!. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and saute till no longer pink!.!. Add veggies and cook until tender!.!. Salt, pepper!.!. Get a head of fresh lettuce(i recommend romaine), grill or broil the chicken breast and have grilled chicken salad!. Get a large dutch oven use the olive oil to sear the cut up chicken and then add a cup of water with the cut up veggies and spices!.!. you have chicken stew!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

id go with the chicken casserole slow cook it because chicken breast has very little fat and will become chewy if you cook it to quick
