Best way to grill lamb?!


Question: Best way to grill lamb!?
what temperature!? medium!? high!? what time do i cook it for!?

how about marinade!?
what would be best out of:

teriyaki sauce
nando's sweet and sticky sauce
worscetershire (sp!?) sauce
hoisin sauce
spiced plum & hoison sauce combo
reggae reggae sauce
honey & mustard sauce
horseradish
mint sauce (but i HATE mint sauce & its probably 12 years old by now haha)
nando's bbq sauce!.!.
tabasco sauce!.!.


assorted spices:
ie mint, oregano, paprika, blah blah the usual stuff

Answers:
Usually a pot roast is better than to grill the lamb cuts, but if you insist, rather grill them over an open coal/charcoal grill!.
Baste them with a mixture of Nando's sweet 'n sticky sauce and some instant coffee!.
Sounds strange!?
Yes, instant coffee will not affect the meat other than to tame that typical "mutton" taste a bit!.

The best way to cook lamb is over hot coals!. The marinade is olive oil, crushed garlic and lime juice!.

If you have chops, beat them flat with a meat mallet before marinading overnight!.

Grill over medium heat to your desire!.
