Answers:
Take the tin of plum tomatoes and somewhat puree it in a blender!. Leave it with a little bit of chunks!.

For the pasta sauce add a 1!.2 Tbs!. each of basil, oregano, garlic and pepper!. Top on pasta and top with cheese!!! Enjoy!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here is my recipe !.!.!.!.!.!. = )

Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce

1/2 pound assorted wild mushrooms (golden chanterelle, shiitake, cremini, oyster, porcini, etc!.), trimmed and sliced
1 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 (28-ounce) cans whole Italian plum tomatoes, with their juices
3 whole heads roasted garlic, cloves removed from peels

In a large saucepan saute the onion in the olive oil over medium-high heat until soft and lightly golden, 4 to 6 minutes!. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute!. Add the tomato paste, salt, balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, and basil, and cook for 1 minute!. Add the tomatoes, crushing with your hands as you place them in the pan, and their juices!. Stir to combine well and bring to a boil!. Add mushrooms!. Reduce the heat to a slow simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally!.

Add the roasted garlic cloves and stir to combine!. Continue to simmer for 30 to 45 minutes longer, or until the flavors have come together!.

Serve over pasta of choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure why not!? In a pot, mix the can of plum tomatoes with the herbs and spices that you want!. Do you have oregano, basil and parsley!? Make sure you include the juices from the can of tomatoes!. Heat up!.

What type of cheese do you have!? Parmasan would go nicely over any pasta!. Or you could shred a cheddar cheese and use to sprinkle over top of the meal when it's done!. You could also make a pasta and then put it in a casserole dish with the cheese on top and bake it to melt the cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have any onions and garlic!? White wine!? Olive oil!? If so,

Saute 1/2 onion, and one clove garlic in 2 Tbs olive oil until tender!. Add the tin of tomatoes, 1/2 tsp basil, a little oregano, a very few red pepper flakes, salt and pepper!. If you have wine, add 1/4 cup and simmer to reduce!. If not, skip that step, but the onion and garlic are pretty crucial-- maybe you can substitute a little onion and garlic powder for flavoring if you mustWww@FoodAQ@Com

try it with some red peppers, or green or yellow what ever, and tomato pasteWww@FoodAQ@Com
