Here is my favorite one !.!.!.!.!.!. = )

Mesa Steak Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont have the recipes, but ill tell you some good ones that you can look up or buy the packets in the store just to try!.!.!.!. bernaisse sauce is excellent very creamy surprisingly goes great with a ribeye :) , then there's the old standbye of aus jus, delish with almost anything,,, try making a spicy cream sauce with chipolte spices in it, that brings out the flavor in most tougher steaks like sirloins and such!.!.!.!. :) hope this helps ya out!Www@FoodAQ@Com
