If you are going to have a large amount of people, I would suggest that you make around 3 or 4 of these so that everyone can get a taste of your wonderful creation!.

Assorted fresh vegetables and/or baguette slices

1 cod fillet (1-pound size)
2 shallots, minced

3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

We usually use cream cheese and salsa and sour cream with a little shredded cheddar mixed together!. Then we top it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives and some shredded cheese!. Whatever toppings you want on top are good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
