This is my favorite marinade/basting sauce!.
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Mix together, bring to a boil, boil for five minutes!. Then you can use it to marinate any sort of meat or seafood!. I've used it with chicken, steak, and shrimp!. I also will baste the kebabs with the marinade while they're grilling!.
Usually I put the vegetables and the meat on separate kebabs to make sure that the meat is fully cooked!. For vegetables I usually use mushrooms and bell peppers, you can use anything really, and also baste them with the marinade!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
