Add the salmon in a large bowl with the two eggs then add about a half of pack of crackers (not box but on small pack that comes inside the box) then a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper!.
Smoosh it all together until its all mixed up!. Then pat it out like you would hamburgers except they must be not so thick!. Then in a frying pan add 2 teaspoons of oil!. Heat the oil and fry the patties in it until brown on each side!. Maybe 2 minutes each side!. You can serve with rice, as a sandwhich, with katchup however you want to!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

SALMON AND BROCCOLI-CHEESE PASTA

2 packages (4!.8 oz!. each) pasta with four-cheese sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 package (10 oz!.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can (14!.75 oz!.) traditional pack salmon, drained and chunked
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

In large saucepan, prepare packaged pasta according to low-fat directions, stirring in an additional 1/2 cup milk!. Microwave broccoli on HIGH for 3 minutes, rotating occasionally and pulling apart to thaw!. Here's a simple recipe that my mom used to make for us when i was a kid!. She would serve them with cocktail sauce,
coleslaw, hushpuppies!.!.!.!.!.and everyone(esp!. me)loved them!.


Salmon Croquette Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

1 – 15 1/2 ounce can pink or red salmon
1 – medium onion, finely chopped
2 – large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup – yellow cornmeal
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 – tablespoons butter or extra virgin olive oil

Cookware and Utensils:

medium skillet
measuring cup
medium mixing bowl


Recipe Instructions:

1!. As always, the key to great cooking is to be prepared and to use quality ingredients!.

2!. Drain juice from salmon!. Pour salmon into a medium bowl and using a fork, debone and break salmon apart into small pieces!.

3!. Add onions, beaten eggs, cornmeal, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly!. Shape the mixture evenly into four cakes or patties!.

4!. Heat the butter or oil over medium heat in a medium skillet!. Brown salmon croquette patties on both sides, 3-5 minutes on each side!. Serve your salmon croquettes hot!.

salmon cakes, I am not sure what is REALLY in them, but I throw in eggs, flour, veggies, and what ever else I want!. Then fry them!. You could also put it in a cold salad!. with noodles, sauce, veggies!. Eskimos but it in their home made ice cream with shortning, salmon berries, and a couple of other things!. but I think its really grossss!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

loads of things!. you can grill it or fry it with potatoes, carrots, and asparagus!. orr, you can stir fry it with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce then eat it with rice!. steam it and serve it with grilled peppers, aubergines and cous cous! check the internet as they have loads of ways!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

mix with a couple eggs, about a cup of bread crumbs and lemon pepper, put in a loaf pan and bake till set!. cut into portions and serve with au gratin potatoes and green bean almondine and you have a great salmon loaf meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
