Answers:
My son is currently attending Le Cordon Bleu to become a pastry chef!. Just know that even though you graudate, you are not a 'pastry chef'!. My son will be a culinarian, so you have to work your way up to the ranks!. I honestly don't know what he'll be making because the city he currently lives in does not pay the greatest because it's a tourist area!. Don't be fooled by the ones who say you'll make more in a tourist area!.!. Usually the tourist industry doesn't pay their employees well!. Working for an upscale restaurant might pay better until you get the rank you want as a chef!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that depends on a lot of factors!. If you are a good pastry chef and get hired at a fancy up scale eatery, you could draw a lot more money than if you are a so-so chef and shlep through your day at a crappy little bakery in some little town!. A guidance counselor from a good culinay arts school is who you should be talking to, as well as a guidance counseler at your school!. You could also call a few eaterys or bakeries in your area and ask what the pay scale is!. that will give you a starting point!. also, places with bigger populations pay better than small places!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well it depends if you have steady work, the area you are in, your skill level, part time or full time, where you work ex a grocery store, fine dining rest!.

Your location has lots to do with it head to somewhere like Vegas if you are looking for top dollar

I would say about $24,000 a year in Ohio but I don't know where you live!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Enough 'dough' to live on! lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
