What makes cooking spray better than using butter when cooking?!

Question: What makes cooking spray better than using butter when cooking!?
Answers:
It saves a lot of fat and calories!.

It's convenient!.

It keeps food from sticking!.

It doesn't "soak into" the food!. Butter/oil will do that if the temperature of the pan isn't exactly perfect!.

It doesn't burn as easily!.

If you use an unflavored spray, it doesn't alter the flavor of what you're cooking!.

But !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. for adding great flavor (if you don't mind the extra fat and calories), NOTHING beats butter!Www@FoodAQ@Com

its less fattering and it goes directly to the areas required!. butter is high in fat and cholesterol content which is good for the heart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

nothing as far as i am concerned!. cooking spray has its uses, but butter is good for cooking over medium heatWww@FoodAQ@Com

it does not burn as fast as butter and it keeps the food from sticking to the plate easierWww@FoodAQ@Com

It doesn't burn as quickly as butter, and yes it is low fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
