Skinless chicken tin to dry out on the grill if you cook them to long!. The way I do mine is I get my grill hot on high , then I sear them!. That will hold the juices in!. Then I turn the grill on low and finish cooking them!. I just let them cook for about 15 min!. on each side then take a fork and stick it to see if any blood comes out!. If not they need a little more cooking !. But watch close so you don't over cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just heat up the grill to normal heat!. marinate or season the chicken as desired!. place a layer of foil on top of the grill and the chicken on top of that!. leave them on the grill for about 5 minutes then flip them!. check them regularily and they are done when there is no pink-ish colour in the chicken!. so i guess!.!.!. bon apitite!? lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
