Spicy Shrimp Kabob recipe?!


Question: Spicy Shrimp Kabob recipe!?
it was on the emeril lagasse show with a green spicy sauce about 4 years ago!. i know that the sauce is blended and then the kabobs are deep fried i looked on the actual emeril site but i cant find it any at all please help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Deep-fried Shrimp Kabobs

Makes: 6 servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Ready In: 23 minutes
We sold these at the Saturday Food Festival at the World Championship Gumbo Cook-off and they were a big hit!.

Ingredients
1 pound Peeled, de-veined, 30-40 ct shrimp 1 box Golden Dipt Cajun Seafood Coating
Water to make a batter Cooking oil heated to 350
8" Wooden Kabob sticks


Directions
Mix the Golden Dipt Seafood Coating with enough water to make a thin batter!. Slide 5 shrimp on each kabob stick!. Dip the kabob into the batter, drop in the hot oil, and cook about 3 minutes until golden brown and floating!. Drain on paper towel and serve!.
If desired you could serve a cocktail sauce or spicy mustard in a squeeze bottle to squirt on the shrimp kabobs!.

Hot'n Spicy Grilled Shrimp

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup frsh sqzed lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons gravy mstr or ktchn bouquet
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar - packed
1 lemon cut in wedges
2 pounds lge shrimp -- (20 - 25 count)
shelled and deveined
bamboo skewers - soaked 30
minutes in water to cover

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a bowl and mix well!.

Put shrimp in a zip-lock plastic bag and pour marinade over!.

Close bag and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning several times; remove shrimp from marinade and drain!.

Thread on skewers with lemon wedges!.

Broil/grill 4 to 5 inches from heat source for 3 to 5 minutes, turning and basting frequently, until shrimp are done!.

Do not overcook!

Serve immediately with any remaining marinade!.

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
1 red onion, peeled and cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch squares
2/3 cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
8 wooden or metal skewers

Skewer the shrimp alternating with the pineapple, onion, and green pepper!. In a small saucepan combine pineapple, lemon and lime juices with the ginger, jalapeno, soy sauce, honey and cilantro!. Heat mixture over medium high heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by half!. Brush or drizzle the kabobs with the pineapple glaze!. Cook off in a hot cast iron grill pan or over an outdoor grill!. 1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon pepper -- black, ground
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic -- minced
3 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:
Peel and devein shrimp!. Stir together oil, Pickapeppa sauce, preserves, honey, syrup, red pepper, pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary and garlic!. Stir in shrimp!. Cover and chill at least 1 hour!. Drain shrimp, reserve marinade!. Thread shrimp on skewers and barbeque over medium heat!. Shrimp are done when they turn white throughout!.
