Ideas for meals for a 13- month old?!

Question: Ideas for meals for a 13- month old!?
I need fairly easy meal ideas for my 13- month son!. He isn't allowed to eat beef, seafood (except salmon and tuna), and pork!. He seems to be growing tired of pieces of chicken, turkey, and tofu that I simply sautee for him!. I give him a lot fruit and veggies but wish I had more adventurous things to offer!. Help! (Sorry it's so specific)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here are some ideas that he might enjoy:

1!. Chicken tenders and home fries: roll chicken breast tenders in breadcrumbs blended with parmesan cheese, a little salt and pepper, place in baking dish, drizzle with melted butter or olive oil, and bake at 350 degrees until cooked!. Using frozen fries, bake in oven while chicken bakes, spray with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt!.
2!. Tuna or salmon patties: blend tuna or salmon with a little mayonaise, lemon pepper, and bread crumbs!. Form into patties and saute in non-stick skillet until golden brown!. Serve with a lowfat cream of mushroom soup sauce!.
3!. Vege stix with ranch dressing
4!. Fresh fruit kabobs with yogurt
5!. Turkey cutlets sauteed with tarragon, kosher salt, pepper, and apple juice!.
6!. Chicken salad with dried cranberries, mayonaise, a sprinkling of cinnamon!.
7!. Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread cut into pieces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mashed potatoes,
but the trick is mashing them with milk!. they are soft and very tasty for those young ones without teeth!. You can get creative and mix it with cheese, and even some of the chicken, turkey or tofu!. Just shred the pieces and mix them with the potatoes!.

Thinking about it, is also great for when he gets older!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
