Question: How to freeze home made cookie dough!?
how can i freeze cookie dough and how long will it lastWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Either shape the cookie dough into a log (for sliced cookies) or into a round disk (if using a cookie cutter) and then wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper and cover tightly with foil!. I've kept cookie dough in my freezer for up to 4 months with no problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello,
You can either freeze your dough in a clump to defrost and use later, or, you can freeze them in pre-made dough balls!. If you are making a log and slice cookie you can also freeze the logs!. Make sure that your dough is either wrapped tight or sealed in an air tight container!. Mine usually lasts 4-6 months!. I always label and date them before freezing!.

Good Luck!
