Answers:
Get very thick pork chops and cut a pocket in the sides!. Make some Stovetop Stuffing and put it into the pockets!. Cover with a good marinade (I like Lawry's Mesquite or Hickory - or A-1 Texas Mesquite); cover and bake at 375 for about 40-45 min - uncovering the last 10 min!. or so!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.You can also stuff them with feta cheese & chopped spinach & put some Greek salad dressing over them !.!.!.!.!.!.Then, you just need a fresh veggie or green salad!. I like a fruit salad tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
