Take about 10 leaves and add a flat teaspoon of sugar then chop finely, add vinegar, delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A pinch!. That's a difficult question!. It depends on how much mint sauce you're making!. Best advice is to taste it!. Leave it for about 10 minutes after pouring on the vinegar, then add sugar very sparingly until you are satisfied with the taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 teaspoon, along with 1 teaspoon of finely chopped mint leaves and 2 tablespoons of vinegar (white wine ideally, but malt or even distilled malt will do)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
